Servicio de Referencia de Abogados: Para Explicar en Espanol

The Cobb County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service offers a thirty (30) minute consultation with an attorney for a Forty Dollars ($40.00) upfront fee.

The referral is made based on the area of law that the attorney practices. Our referral database of attorneys are mostly located in the Cobb County area. There is no further fee to the Cobb County Bar associated with the thirty (30) minute consultation where you will obtain legal advice from the attorney. Any further representation of the attorney will be based on the attorney’s hourly rate and the retainer that the attorney would require for you to hire him/her.

Lawyer Referral Service:

Pay the Lawyer Referral Service the upfront $40.00 fee. This fee can be made over the phone with a Debit or Credit card, or you can pay by cash or money order in the Cobb County Bar Office, 70 Haynes Street,Suite 2006,  Marietta, GA 30090.

Once your referral is processed, we give you the name and telephone number of the attorney who will give you a thirty (30) minute consultation.
You contact the attorney’s office directly to make the appointment for the thirty (30) minute consultation, based on your schedules.

Please note:
- There are no free referrals available. We do not have Pro Bono attorneys. Legal Aid of Cobb County is the appropriate venue to apply for Pro Bono legal services. Legal Aid’s telephone number is (770) 528-2565.
- We do not deal with Court Appointed attorneys. Contact the Cobb County Circuit Defender’s Office to apply for a Court Appointed attorney at (770) 528-1950.

El servicio de Cobb County Bar Association, Lawyer Referral Service ofrece una consulta de treinta (30) minutos con un abogado por una tarifa de cuarenta dólares ($ 40.00). 

Pague la tarifa inicial de $ 40.00. Esta tarifa se puede hacer por teléfono con una tarjeta de débito o crédito, o puede pagar en la oficina de Cobb Bar en efectivo o giro postal.

Una vez que se procesa su referencia, le damos el nombre y el número de teléfono del abogado que le dará una consulta de treinta (30) minutos.

Cualquier representación adicional del abogado se basará en la tarifa por hora del abogado y el retenedor que el abogado requeriría para que usted lo contrate. 
La remisión se realiza en base al área de derecho que practica el abogado. Nuestra base de datos de referencia de abogados se encuentra principalmente en el área de Cobb County. 

No hay referencias gratuitas disponibles y no tenemos abogados Pro Bono. Legal Aid of Cobb County es el lugar apropiado para solicitar servicios legales Pro Bono. El número de teléfono es (770) 528-2565.
