“A Blueprint for Eliminating Law Firm Inefficiencies.”  The program will focus on law firm operations with a focus on identifying critical processes that law firms should implement to manage their practice and obtain the highest and best use of time.  Topics will include issues relating to HR, cash flow, IT, marketing, compliance, and professional development, and there will be a focus on how attorneys can streamline their practices.
