After registration, you will be sent a consent form to be filled out and handed to the pharmacist before your first shot.

Your vaccination shots will be delivered via a drive up process, you will stay in your car for the shot and the 15 minute waiting period after vaccination.

Then join us after your second dose for a free shot (or full pour) of your favorite beverage at Red Hare Still On the Square from 4-7pm on Thursday September 2.

You must register before 2pm on Tuesday, August 10.
