Bart Newman is the President of ADDO, a leadership consultancy. His professional experience started in the U.S. Army where he rose to the rank of Captain and completed a one year tour of duty in Baghdad, Iraq. Upon returning he wrote the book “Because of Baghdad: What a Father Would Say About Life, if He Didn’t Come Home to Say It”.
