The next Guardian ad Litem Section meeting will be at Piastra at noon on September 20, 2022.

Our guest speaker will be Dayna Friduss, a special education lawyer and advocate. She will share with us information regarding Individual Education Plans (IEP), 504 Plans, and what Guardians should know about special education law so that we can best serve the children in the community. 

She will also provide information regarding resources available for families that we can pass along and be aware of the help available when we are Guardians involving cases with special needs.
