Criminal Defense Section

The Criminal Defense Section of the Cobb County Bar Association consists of approximately 80 members of the Cobb Bar Association. Our mission is to promote the effective administration and practice of criminal defense law and to foster a spirit of cooperation among the bench, prosecution and defense bars for the purpose of advancing professionalism and serving the ends of justice for the common good.

Our meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month. We offer CLE luncheons, open file luncheons to discuss pending issues in criminal defense, and guest speakers.

The annual dues of $25 to become a member of the Cobb County Bar Association Criminal Defense Section.
