Probate, Estate Planning, and Elder Law Section

The Cobb County Bar Association's Elder Law Committee provides continuing education, interaction, and support for lawyers of all ages who practice in any area comprising the field of elder law including:

• Probate Litigation;

• Estate Planning; and

• Social Security and other elder benefit programs

The section hosts informal monthly lunch meetings held the second Tuesday of each month at 12:00 noon with guest speakers, information exchange, and socialization as well as an annual all-day CLE through the Cobb County Bar Association. The goal of these meetings is to highlight and discuss current issues in the area of elders law and probate. The section is also involved in community service programs targeted toward the senior community.

The annual dues of $25 to become a member of the Cobb County Bar Association Probate, Estate Planning, and Elder Law Section.
